The highlight was when an audience member who just thought of a

The picture below shows a little of the set up before the guests arrived.

Roving magician Yubase hospitality suite

May 17 I was hired as roving magician by Yubase a Korean oil refinery. The event was  dinner/hospitality suite for Yubase customers that visited an exhibit at Mariana Bay Sands. The event was held at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. The client also hired Jeremy Pei who is another full time performer in Singapore. We have worked together at other events before – it was great to see him again.

Close-up magician grand hyatt

On May 17  I was performing my regular gig as a close-up magician at the Grand Hyatt Sunday brunch. I walked up to a table with about 15 people and realized they were all German. We started chatting and they actually came from my home state Baden-Wuerttemberg.

I could tell because of the accent. The cool part was one couple came from my home town – which is quite a coincidence but the best part was that the Lady is Gymnast trainer of my sister. Small World.

Stage Show Panasonic Dinner and Dance

Panasonic held their annual dinner and dance event with about 130 guests at the Crowne Plaza May 13 . I was engaged to perform a 25 min stage show during the dinner. I felt slightly overdressed since everyone was dressed up in a Super Hero costume.

roving magician chanel

May 11 I was engaged Chanel as a roving magician for the launch of Talisman collection. The audience consisted of 150 guests from all over Asia. For the event, Chanel rented Catalunya a nice Tapas restaurant direct at Collyer Quay. The set up was great I can learn a lot from companies like Chanel how to do branding and attention to detail.
